Guest Appearance
Agreement

Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Chuck Tuck, The Raw Vibe Podcast, and all related entities, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, licensors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, legal actions, or causes of action arising from:

• Statements made by Guest
• Publication or distribution of the recording
• Editing of the recording
• Public reactions, comments, or interpretations of the content
• Any alleged defamation, emotional distress, reputational harm, or business impact related to Guest's appearance

Guest grants The Raw Vibe Podcast and Chuck Tuck the unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to:

• Record audio, video, photographs, screenshots, likeness, voice, and name
• Edit, reproduce, modify, excerpt, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, promote, advertise, market, sublicense, and otherwise use any portion or all of the recording
• Use the content on any media platform now known or later developed, including but not limited to podcasts, YouTube, websites, social media, streaming services, television, promotional materials, clips, advertisements, and archives

These rights are granted indefinitely and without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guest acknowledges and agrees that The Raw Vibe Podcast has full editorial discretion regarding:

• What portions of the interview are used
• How the recording is edited
• Titles, thumbnails, captions, promotional text, and descriptions
• Whether the content is published, partially published, delayed, archived, monetized, or removed

The Podcast is under no obligation to use or publish the recording.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Guest understands that participation is unpaid and no compensation, royalties, revenue sharing, or residual payments shall be owed for the use of the recording or related promotional materials.

Guest warrants that any materials, stories, music, photographs, documents, or other content provided by Guest do not infringe upon the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party.

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chuck Tuck and The Raw Vibe Podcast against any claims arising from materials or content supplied by Guest.

Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chuck Tuck, The Raw Vibe Podcast, and affiliated entities from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:

• Guest's statements or conduct
• Breach of this Agreement
• Claims of misinformation, copyright infringement, defamation, or unauthorized disclosures by Guest

Guest agrees not to disclose confidential, proprietary, private, or legally protected information belonging to another person or organization during the recording.

Guest assumes full responsibility for any voluntary disclosures made during the appearance.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding Guest's appearance on The Raw Vibe Podcast and supersedes any prior verbal or written discussions related to the subject matter herein.

Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By agreeing to appear on The Raw Vibe Podcast, participating in a recording session, or submitting audio, video, or written content to the Podcast, Guest confirms that they:
